Best of Friends
The Best of Friends® (BoF) is a social and emotional learning program that empowers children aged 7 to 11 with the knowledge, skills and confidence to understand and manage emotions and social situations. This is the 10-week term program version of The Best of Friends®.
People First
Education about sex and sexuality is important fro everyone. Neurodiverse young people and people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities have the same range of sexual thoughts, attitudes, feelings and desires as neurotypical young people and those without disabilities. The People First Program is a 10 week comprehensive sexuality education program designed to help young people stay safe, reduce their risk of STIs and help prevent unplanned pregnancy while developing their confidence and sense of self.
