Milton and Bay & Basin Therapy and Learning Centres (TLC) are excited to find the perfect Occupational Therapist to join our enthusiastic and passionate team.

TLC is a family-centred practice on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. Based in the picturesque towns of Milton and Sanctuary Point and servicing much of the Shoalhaven area, TLC offers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Social Work and Early Intervention Services.

The Role

  • Join a passionate and fun-loving multi- and trans-disciplinary team focussed on achieving the goals of the people we work with
  • Work side by side with other passionate professionals
  • Provide a range of evidence-based assessments and interventions for a wide range of children and their families, as well as a growing case load of adults
  • Manage a caseload of NDIS participants
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including local health professionals and pre-schools and schools
  • Provide therapy at one of our two south coast centres and in community settings 
  • Construction of our brand new purpose built allied health centre in Milton is currently under way and the successful applicant will have a key role in helping to design our new state of the art (and extraordinarily fun) sensory space. If you can imagine it, we can build it!

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Membership of Occupational Therapy Australia (desirable)
  • Ability to assess and provide therapy to a wide range of clients
  • Current Working With Children Check 
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence and reliable car
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • A good sense of humour 
  • A commitment to learning and implementing new skills
